Medical Eye Care Focused on Early Detection & Ongoing Monitoring

Some eye conditions require more than a routine prescription update. Our eye doctor evaluates eye health concerns, documents changes over time, and helps you understand what your results mean. Depending on your needs, visits may include imaging and a detailed assessment to support long-term monitoring and care planning. If you experience symptoms that should not wait, we offer same-day and urgent eye care during office hours. We do not provide after-hours or on-call emergency eye care.

Glaucoma Testing & Treatment

Glaucoma often progresses without early symptoms and requires consistent monitoring. Our eye doctor provides glaucoma testing and management, tracking eye pressure and optic nerve health.

When ongoing care or referral is needed, we explain findings clearly and outline next steps so you understand how your condition is being managed.

Diabetic Eye Disease & Diabetic Eye Exams

Diabetes can affect the eyes in ways that may not cause immediate symptoms.

Our eye doctor provides diabetic eye exams to evaluate eye health, monitor for diabetes-related changes, and support early intervention when needed.

When appropriate, we provide reporting to your primary care provider (PCP) to help keep your care coordinated.

Macular Degeneration Detection & Referral

Macular degeneration can affect central vision and often benefits from early detection and regular monitoring.

Our eye doctor evaluates for signs of macular degeneration, documents changes over time, and discusses what those findings mean.

When referral is appropriate, we help coordinate next steps, so you have a clear path forward.

Cataract Detection & Surgery Co-Management

Cataracts can gradually affect clarity, contrast, and night driving. Our eye doctor evaluates cataract-related changes and discusses how they may be impacting your vision.

If cataract surgery becomes appropriate, we provide referral and cataract surgery co-management, supporting continuity of care before and after your procedure.

Dry Eye Disease Management

Our eye doctor provides dry eye evaluations and management using diagnostic tools and treatment options, including IPL (Luminous Optimus), meibography testing, and prescription drops such as RESTASIS® or Xiidra® when appropriate.

Care plans are guided by your symptoms, exam findings, and long-term eye surface health.
